DILDOS & PLUGS INSPIRED BY NATURE – GOOD FOR YOUR BODY AND YOUR SEXUAL HAPPINESS!

Who hasn’t read that spoiling your vagina with a peeled cucumber is not only pleasurable but also healthy? Unfortunately, playing with fun-shaped vegetables may feel good, but chances are your mucous membrane will regret it afterwards. Queen Cleopatra filled a hollow gourd with angry bees to pleasure herself. We can all imagine what could happen when fooling around too vigorously with nature like that. In our time, using vegetables that are sprayed with chemical pesticides can cause a range of unpleasant inconveniences. Still, these natural shapes do kind of trigger our lecherously imagination… Luckily, SELFDELVE offers a range of very healthy fruits and vegetables you can play with without giving it a second thought.

ALL SELFDELVE TOYS ARE MADE FROM ADDITIVE-FREE, ODOURLESS SILICONE. SILICONE IS USED FOR MEDICAL PRACTICES AND THEREFORE 100% SAFE TO USE.

For decades the sex toy industry had been dominated by men. Toy design consequently matched male fantasies. Dildos and vibrators were big, thick, straight and made out of hard plastic or some questionable material such as jelly or cyberskin. No one gave it any thought if the shape of the toy would anatomically make sense to her, or if the material it was made of. Especially the softener called phthalate could be harmful to her mucous membrane. Anja Koschemann, a qualified chemical laboratory assistant, figured the use of toxic-free materials and a more creative design was necessary. So in 2005 she founded a small sex toy company called SELFDELVE in Dresden, Germany. Since then Koschemann has been shaping dildos that are not just bringing women and men carefree pleasure, they are also a treat for the eye.

Let’s start with the carefree part. There is a basic sex toy rule. If the toy has a pungent smell that doesn’t wear off, you can be sure “evil” softeners have been used. This is always the case with products made of jelly and cyber- or realskin. You don’t have to throw the toy away, but it is highly recommendable to only use it with a condom. All SELFDELVE toys are made from additive-free, odourless silicone. Silicone is used for medical practices and therefore 100% safe to use. If the vulva doesn’t get moist enough, though, the friction of a silicone toy can cause irritation of the mucous membrane. In that case, we recommend applying a high-quality, water-based lubricant.

SELFDELVE

offers each toy in the matching degree of silicone hardness. However, if you have specific desires regarding the hard- or softness of your toy, you can choose from three different silicone types. All toys are hand-painted so that each individual product has its unique features. Thanks to the usage of thermochromic pigments a toy changes colour as it reaches body temperature. At the end of the production progress a thin layer of transparent silicone is added to make the toy all smooth and shiny.

Koschemann’s most known series is called Garden of Eden and is entirely inspired by Mother Nature. There are so many phallic shapes in nature, so why not go completely bananas on them – without the scratching end that is. You like something straight and not too thick? A crunchy carrot will satisfy the naughty bunny in you. The asparagus is more sleek, but has this structured head for additional stimulation. We all love the asparagus tips, right? The curved banana and cucumber are ideal for pleasing her g-spot or his prostate. If that isn’t intense enough for you, there is the completely structured corn on the cob, the voluminous eggplant and everything in between. You can imagine which vegetable is setting our imagination on fire. For those of you who are not so much into greens, Koschemann has three more gorgeous series called Inanna, Sculptures and Unique to choose from.

You can order each design with or without your silicone or colour preferences directly on the website. They deliver worldwide, so there is no excuse for you to have a lack of vitamins ;).
